1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute the agreement between you ("User") and Wool Ball ("We", "Our"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The use of Wool Ball is allowed only for individuals over 18 years old. By creating an account, you declare that you are over 18 and legally authorized to use the service.

3. Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account using Google OAuth (SSO). We only collect your email for identification. It is your responsibility to keep your credentials secure.

4. Purchases and Credits

Wool Ball operates under a credit purchase model for on-demand use. Credit purchases are made through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you automatically authorize the charge of all associated amounts.

• Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Credits purchased can be used to consume our API services.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use Wool Ball for illegal activities or those that infringe on third-party rights.
• It is prohibited to distribute malware, perform DDoS attacks, or any other use that compromises the platform's security.

6. User Compensation

Users who allow their browsers to process AI tasks are compensated with a balance that can be used on the platform. In the future, it will be possible to withdraw these earnings, but currently, the balance can only be converted into service consumption.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We collect only minimal information, such as your email. We use Mixpanel for tracking and Hotjar for surveys.

• Data Usage: Improve user experience and service efficiency.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wool Ball is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wool Ball is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data or profit loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount spent by you in the last 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Users may also close their account by sending an email request.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after updates implies agreement with the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflicts of legal provisions.
